Maintaining a consistent grooming schedule is key to your dog’s health and coat condition. Most dogs benefit from grooming every 4–6 weeks. Regular visits help prevent matting, keep skin healthy, and make grooming more enjoyable for your pet.
Most sessions take between 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on your dog’s breed, coat type, and temperament. Since it’s a one-on-one appointment, your dog won’t be waiting in a kennel or rushed through.
To maintain a calm and focused environment, we ask that pet parents drop off their dog and return once grooming is complete. You’ll receive a pickup call or text when your pup is ready!

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may incur a fee to cover lost time.
Prices are subject to change at any time and vary due to the time needed to complete the groom. Reasons your pets groom may take more/less time include coat length, seasonal shedding, coat condition, time between grooms, at home maintenance, behavior, toileting cleanup, different styling etc.

Matt removal/Dematting Fee: 150% hourly rate
Late pick-up fee: $1 per minute after the first 15 minutes (you will be notified 25 minutes before your pet is ready for pick-up)
